2005 Awards Banquet

	This year's banquet was graciously held by Marc Connelly at the Hydroplane and Raceboat Museum. It was a great success. Thank you Marc, we had a great time.

After viewing movies of some of Ken's flips throughout the years, Ken discussed what it's like to be in hydroplane as it goes over. Ken also discussed the promissing future of the sport.

	Dave Brandt Triple Crown Trophy is awarded to the driver who scores the most points in R/CU's Atomic Cup, Bernie Little Memorial and Gold Cup races.

	'Winner' of the Brian Lepinski Trash Trophy
	Harry Gatjens The 'Trash' award is made up of parts from boats in the past that have been 'trashed' due to crashes. Each year a 'winner' is selected due to what has happened during that season. The 'winner' will add a piece of their boat to the perpetual trophy that helped them 'win' this not-so-coveted award.
