Race Format:

The Top 5 in driver high points for the 2006 season are automatically in the Gold Cup. The other 15 slots are qualified for, under teh stated format. One attempt at qualifying and if you are bumped, you get two more shots to get back in. 3 total. Everyone who does not get into the Gold Cup goes into the Norm Evans Memorial, a Full Points race. The connies all move up in both races.

4 Heats - 5 laps each.

For those in the club that are interested, some of the wives in RCU have graciously volunteered to host a luncheon on Sunday. Cost will be $2.00 per person and will include sandwiches, salads, beans, chips and drinks. Sign ups will be on Saturday. Chet 'the jet' has agreed to host free coffee and donuts Saturday and Sunday mornings.
